not happy, but ashamed of it!!

My Country's capital city: After 10pm every working woman is being followed by a security guard from the main street until she reaches her home safe.
This is the situation of women in our country's capital city.
I doubt women in rural villages really need 24hour protection.
Why should I be happy?
I'm not happy, but I'm ashamed of it!!
